Fill gaps in your smile
A partial denture has replacement teeth on a base that fits your mouth. It often uses clips to attach to nearby teeth. You take it out to clean it.
Check the teeth that remain
We look at the teeth and gums that will support the partial. They need to be strong enough for the job. We also check your bite and talk about how you want the teeth to look.
Care and other choices
A partial may need adjustments as you get used to it. Clean it daily and brush the teeth that hold it. If it rubs, breaks, or feels loose, call for a check.
A bridge or implants may be other options. Compare the cost, daily care, and effect on nearby teeth before you choose.
Common questions
Will I see the clips?
Some clips may show. We will discuss their position and other design choices.
Can I sleep in it?
Ask your dentist when to remove it so the tissues can rest. Follow your own care plan.
