What All-on-4 means
All-on-4 uses four implants to hold a full set of upper or lower teeth. Some people need a different number or a different plan. The teeth stay in place; a dentist removes them when needed.
The steps in your care
We check your health, gums, and jaw with an exam and scans. You may need teeth removed first. Some patients can wear temporary teeth after surgery. Others need more healing time. Final teeth are made after healing and checks of the bite.
Things to weigh
This involves surgery, months of care, and long-term upkeep. Implants can fail, and the new teeth may need repairs. Cleaning under them takes practice.
Ask about a removable denture or an implant denture too. Request a full estimate, including temporary teeth, final teeth, and future care.

Am I a candidate?
An exam is needed. Your bone, health, bite, and ability to keep the area clean all matter.
Can I eat anything right away?
No. You will need to follow a soft-food plan while you heal. We will explain when to change foods.
