What is a dental implant?
An implant is a small post placed in the jaw. It holds a new tooth or supports a set of teeth. It may help you chew and fill a gap in your smile.

A plan for your mouth
We check your gums, bone, and health before recommending care. Images help us plan the position. Some people need bone grafting first. Healing often takes months, so ask about teeth you can wear during that time.
Benefits, limits, and cost
Implants need surgery and daily cleaning. Risks include infection, failure to heal, and injury to nearby areas. Smoking and some health conditions can affect healing. A bridge or removable denture may also be an option.
Ask for a written estimate that includes each step, from scans and surgery to the final teeth and follow-up care.
Common questions
Can I get new teeth in one day?
Some patients can wear temporary teeth right away. This is not suitable for everyone. Final teeth usually come after healing.
Are implants permanent?
They can last many years, but parts may wear out and implants can fail. Regular care matters.
This is general information. An exam helps us find the right care for you.
