A full denture replaces all upper or lower teeth. A partial denture fills some gaps while other teeth remain. Both are taken out for cleaning. Implants may add support in some cases.
Getting the fit right
We take records of your mouth and bite, then check the look and fit. If teeth are removed first, healing can change the fit. You may need adjustments or a new lining.
Getting used to new teeth
Eating and speaking may feel different at first. Start with foods your team recommends and practice slowly. Call about sore spots; do not try to reshape a denture yourself.
Clean your denture and mouth daily. Keep dental visits even if you have no natural teeth. We check the soft tissues and how the denture fits.

Can I have teeth while my gums heal?
Ask about a temporary or immediate denture. It may need changes as your mouth heals.
What if my denture slips?
Have the fit checked. An adjustment or implant support may help, depending on your mouth.
